Affidavit of 2 witnesses per each. Persons who know them well at least since adolescence.

Cost
There is not cost for the Sacrament of Marriage at OLG provided at least one member of the couple, member of Guadalupe, contributes at least $10.00 per week every week six months prior to the wedding. Otherwise, the cost will be $300.00
Miscellaneous
The couple choses the minister, either Fray Jose Feliciano Torres, or Fray Roberto Viveros Rosales. Once you have chosen, call the church office to schedule an appointment with the father to discuss your plans.
The sacrament of Matrimony does not require a Mass. The Rite of Matrimony may be celebrated in a Mass or in Liturgy of the Word ceremony. You may be married at one of the Sunday Masses or a weekly Mass. We do recommend this option especially to the civilly married or living-together couples.
The only thing that Catholic Church requires for a matrimonial celebration is the couple, two witnesses, and a qualified witness, a Deacon of a priest.
Approach the Parish at least 6-9 months prior to the desire wedding date!
